Terms of service
Last updated 15 August 2026
These terms cover your use of PostFlow. PostFlow connects to a social page you own and publishes content to it on your instructions. You stay responsible for what appears on your page.
Your account
One email address is one account. You may sign in with a password or with Google; both open the same account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has them.
What you may publish
You may not use PostFlow to publish content that is unlawful, that harasses or defames anyone, that infringes someone else's copyright, or that breaks the rules of the social network you are publishing to. We may suspend an account that does.
What the Agent does and does not promise
PostFlow checks factual claims against sources you approve and blocks a post when the evidence is missing or contradictory. That is a strong safeguard, not a guarantee of perfection. Review your page, especially in the first weeks.
Plans, credits and payment
- Plans are billed monthly and include a credit allowance.
- Posts spend credits based on what they cost to produce.
- Top-up credits do not expire. Plan credits reset each billing period.
- Promo codes apply to the first invoice of a new subscription.
- Changing plans is prorated. You are charged or credited the difference at the time of the change.
Ending it
You can cancel at any time from your billing page; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. You can delete your account from your profile, which disconnects every page and removes your content and history. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
PostFlow is provided as it is. We are not liable for lost reach, lost revenue, or action taken against your page by a social network. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect.
